Your questions, answered
Is the system KVKK compliant?
Yes. We don't do face recognition, identity detection or audio recording — only anonymous behavior analysis. The continuous video stream doesn't go to the cloud; processing happens in-store (edge), and ready KVKK documents (disclosure, consent, signage, VERBİS inventory) are provided.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. BEKÇİ AI runs on-site on a mini-PC inside your store. Even if the internet goes down, detection and recording continue on-site; alerts are delivered once the connection returns. Only small, anonymous event data (not footage) is sent to the center.
Can I use my existing cameras?
In most cases, yes. We connect to standard IP/RTSP cameras, so you don't need to buy separate cloud cameras. We assess your existing setup during a site survey.
Won't it constantly trigger false alarms?
No. Suspicious events are confirmed by a human, and risk modes tied to store hours (Normal / Security / Auto) keep alerts low and meaningful.
How long does installation take?
Setup is completed quickly. Cameras are defined, zones (aisle/checkout) are drawn, and the system starts producing data.
How far does it scale?
From a few cameras in a single store to multi-branch chains. The architecture is edge-ready: each store processes locally while all branches report to one central panel.
