This website and the BEKÇİ AI product are operated by TSARA Group (the “Company”) as the data controller. Your personal data is processed within the framework described below.

Through this website we only collect the data necessary to get in touch with you:

• Identity and contact: full name, business name, phone and/or email you share in the quote/contact form.
• Request details: information such as camera count and your message that helps us prepare an accurate quote.
• Technical: a functional cookie (BEKCI_LOCALE) that remembers your language preference.

We process your data only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your request and provide a quote (formation of a contract and legitimate interest).
• To maintain communication with you and answer your questions.
• To provide the core functions of the website (language preference).

BEKÇİ AI is privacy-first by design. In the store, the product does not perform face recognition, does not identify individuals, does not record audio and does not build personal profiles. All analysis is anonymous and aggregate; it answers “what, where, when” — never “who”.

Image processing happens on-site (edge); the continuous camera stream doesn't go to the cloud, and only anonymous event data is sent to the center. Customers are provided with a ready KVKK document set (Disclosure Notice, Explicit Consent, Camera Warning Sign, VERBİS Data Inventory).

This site uses only the functional cookie required for it to work: the BEKCI_LOCALE cookie that remembers your language preference. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If an analytics tool is added in the future, this notice will be updated and the necessary consents obtained.

Data you submit via the form is retained for as long as needed to conclude your request and as required by applicable law; once the purpose no longer exists it is deleted or anonymized. Your data is protected against unauthorized access with appropriate technical and administrative measures.

We do not share or sell your personal data to third parties unless you give explicit consent or there is a legal basis. Your data may only be processed for the purposes above and limited to the trusted infrastructure providers we work with (e.g. email/messaging).

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• To request its deletion or destruction,
• To object to processing and to request compensation for damages.
